Our venue seats up to 250-300 people with round tables. Precise capacity is dependent
on factors such as whether your event meal is a buffet or table service.

  • Site Manager
  • PA system (for building interior -speeches only)

  • Food prep area with 3 door fridge and a freezer
  • Full-service bathroom facility (wheel-chair accessible)
  • Tables & Chairs
  • Set-up of the tables & chairs only inside building(set up of all table linens, all decor & dishes are the responsibility of client)
  • Set-up of chairs only for outdoor ceremony area
  • Overhead-Lighting & Draperies
  • Raised Stage for Presentations or Head Table
  • Outdoor green space for outdoor wedding ceremony

  • Photographer
  • Rental of Table Setting, Linens & Decorations
  • Floral Arrangements
  • Marriage Official (for weddings)
  • PA system for outdoor ceremony (if applicable)
  • Catering Services (client must present caterer’s permit #)
  • Occasional Liquor Permit
  • Wine, Beer & Spirits (caterer usually supplies this in their price)
  • Bartender & Supplies (caterer or client supplies)
  • Laptop for Presentations (including all power cords/USB connections)
  • DJ or Live Band (DJ to provide own equipment)
